बॉर्डर सेक्युरिटी फोर्स म्हणजेच BSF या मध्ये विविध Tradesmen पदाच्या भरती पूर्ण करण्या साठी जाहिरात देऊन परीक्षा आणि फिटनेस टेस्ट द्वारे निवड केली जाते . या मध्ये Cook,Sweeper अश्या एकूण १३ पद्धतीच्या tradesman पदाच्या ३ हजार हुन अधिक जागा भरल्या जातात आणि त्या साठी देशभरातून लाखो उम्मेदवार अर्ज करतात परीक्षे ची तयारी करण्यासाठी परीक्षा स्वरूप आणि अभ्यासक्रम नीट पाहणे खूपच गरजेचं आहे.

BSF Constable Selection Process

• ह्या BSF कॉन्स्टेबल पदासाठी निवड प्रक्रिया मध्ये एकूण ५ फेज आहेत Written Exam, PST, PET, Trade Test आणि Medical Exam.

Phase 1 Physical Standard Test (PST)

• पहिल्या फेज मध्ये ऑनलाईन अर्ज केलेल्या उम्मेदवाराना PST/PET. म्हणजेच Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) साठी बोलावण्यात येते .
• या टेस्ट मध्ये height bar नुसार आवश्यक उंची तपासली जाते आणि कमी उंची असलेल उम्मेदवार अपात्र केले जातात

Phase २ Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

उंची टेस्ट पात्र उम्मेदवाची PET Physical Efficiency Test (PET) घेतली जाते ज्या मध्ये २४ मिनटं मध्ये 5 किलोमीटर धावणे पूर्ण करावे लागते .
या नंतर पात्र उम्मेदवारांची  bio-matric identification आणि कागदपत्र तपासणी केली जाते .

Phase २ Trade Test

• फेज १ आणि २ पात्र असलेल्या उम्मेदवारांची पुढे निवड केलाय पदानुसार ट्रेड टेस्ट घेतली जाते .
• एक उम्मेदवार एका वेळी फक्त एकाच ट्रेड टेस्ट देऊ शकतात आणि हि फक्त पात्रता परीक्षा असते याचे मार्क्स पुढे पकडले जात नाही .
• या Trade Test मध्ये पदानुसार स्किल कौशल्य तपासले जातात .जसे कि टेलर साठी युनिफॉर्म शिवणे ,कुक साठी जेवण बनवणे .

Phase 3 Written Examination

• या नंतर पात्र उम्मेदवारांची लेखी परीक्षा घेतली जाते या साठी त्यांना मेल SMS द्वारे माहिती देऊन हॉल तिकीट दिले जाते .
• लेखी परीक्षा हि एकूण 100 मार्क्स ची असते आणि त्या मध्ये कुणी १०० प्रश्न असतात .

Phase 4 Detailed Medical Examination​

• फेज १ ते ३ पूर्ण केलेल्या उम्मेदवारची फेज ४ मध्ये विस्तारित मेडिकल टेस्ट घेतली जाते .
• Medical Board of Officers कडून हि मेडिकल फिटनेस टेस्ट घेतली जाते .
• आणि ह्या साठी MHA vide UO No. A.VI1/2014-Rectt(SSB) dated 20.05.2015 च्या गाईड चा वापर केला जातो ,
• या टेस्ट मध्ये अपात्र ठरणारे उम्मेदवार पुन्हा एकदा टेस्ट साठी अर्ज करू शकतात ज्यांची टेस्ट दुसऱ्या दिवशी घेतली जाते .

BSF Constable Syllabus 

• Border Security Force भरती साठी अर्ज केल्या नंतर उम्मेदवाराना १०० मार्क्स ची लेखी परीक्षा द्यावी लागते .

BSF Constable Eligibility

• अधिकृत जारी केलेल्या माहिती नुसार BSF कॉन्स्टेबल पदासाठी उम्मेदवार भारतच नागरिक असणे आवश्यक आहे .
• तसेच वयाची पात्रता उम्मेदवाराचे कमीत कमी वय 18 तर जास्तीत जास्त 23 वर्ष पर्यंत असणे आवश्यक आहे .
• या मध्ये SC/ ST 05  वर्ष तर OBC 03 वर्ष सूट असते .

Educational Qualification शैक्षणिक पात्रता

• BSF कॉन्स्टेबल पदासाठी उम्मेदवार matriculation म्हणजेच १०वि पास आणि अर्ज केलेल्या पदांमध्ये २ वर्ष अनुभव असणे आवश्यक आहे.
• किंवा उम्मेदवार १ वर्षाचा ITI आणि त्या पदाचा कमीत कमी १ वर्ष अनुभव असलेला असणे आवश्यक.
• किंवा त्या पदांमध्ये २ वर्षाचा डिप्लोमा  Industrial Training Institute मध्ये केलेला असावा.

शारीरिक पात्रता

• Male Candidates साठी Height उंची  170 cms  असून महिलान्साठी 157 cms आहे या मध्ये राज्य आणि जाती नुसार कमी जास्त विभागणी आहे .
• Chest Male Candidate साठी 76 ते 83 cm दरम्यान असणे आवश्यक आहे म्हणजेच या मध्ये सुद्धा राज्य आणि जाती नुसार पात्रता वेगवेगळं आहे .
• त्याचवेळी पात्रता मध्ये Eyesight नजर सुद्धा तपासली जाते जवळ आणि लांबीचे Vision टेस्ट केले जाते.
