The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts the IBPS PO exam every year to recruit Probationary Officers (POs) for various public sector banks in India. The exam is a two-tier process, consisting of a Preliminary Examination and a Main Examination.
The IBPS PO Recruitment 2023 Time Table has been released by the IBPS. The Preliminary Examination will be conducted on September 23, 30, and October 1, 2023, and the Main Examination will be conducted on November 5, 2023. The Preliminary Examination will be a 100-minute online exam consisting of 200 multiple-choice questions. The questions will be of three types:

Selection Process of IBPS PO 2023
The IBPS PO selection process consists of three stages:
Preliminary Exam
The IBPS PO Preliminary Exam is a computer-based test (CBT) that consists of two sections:
Reasoning Ability
Quantitative Aptitude
The minimum qualifying marks for the Preliminary Exam are 75 for General Category and 65 for Reserved Categories.
Mains Exam
The IBPS PO Mains Exam is a CBT that consists of four sections:

General Knowledge and Awareness
The minimum qualifying marks for the Mains Exam are 130 for General Category and 110 for Reserved Categories.
Interview
The IBPS PO Interview is a face-to-face interview that is conducted by a panel of bank officials.
The interview is intended to assess the candidate’s personality, communication skills, and suitability for the PO role.
The minimum qualifying mark for the Interview is 40 for General Category and 35 for Reserved Categories.
The final merit list for the IBPS PO exam is prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in the Mains Exam and Interview, in the ratio of 80:20.
